Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Hock Leng Biz Channel, we always do our best to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly.

Our goods are ineligible for returns/refunds as they are classified under perishable goods.

The following conditions must be met for your order to be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Upon opening the packaging, if you notice any unusual coloration or taste in the food, please contact our customer support immediately.
  • Kindly capture photo images of the unusual discoloration and share them with our customer support team via email (email@hlbc.sg) or WhatsApp (+65 9011 1997).

Refunds

After reviewing your return request submitted via email or WhatsApp, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status for a one-to-one exchange.
